Bargaining unit members (full time) are provided $40,000 group term life & accidental death/dismemberment coverage. Members may also purchase an additional coverage. Contact Roy Walker at our Human Resource office for more info.

HEA offers two different types of scholarships. One of them has been offered for many years, and consists of giving $12,000.00 to four Hilliard graduates that plan to major in Education. There are two students selected from each High School, each receiving $3000.00. Students must apply in their guidance office for these scholarships. The other scholarship, started in 2001, is for the members of HEA's children who have become seniors in college. The amount available is divided amoung the applicants.
